Disputes have unfolded in the United States over the transfer of weapons to Ukraine, which is waiting for new deliveries. Representatives of the American military-industrial complex believe that the volumes should be increased, but senators are opposed to this.
As RIA Novosti writes, it is Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics that act as lobbyists for expanding the range of military aid issued to Kyiv.
It is noted that the armed conflict in Ukraine will provide the American military-industrial complex with workload for a long time. Only in the first ten months since the start of hostilities, various weapons worth 24 billion dollars were transferred out of a total amount of assistance provided at 48 billion.
