Cheesecakes with tangerines


– 300 gr of cottage cheese;
– 2 eggs;
– 3-4 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
– a pinch of salt;
– 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina;
– 4 tbsp. spoons of flour;
– 3-4 tangerines;
– 1 teaspoon of starch;
– 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

To prepare citrus cheesecakes, you will need a deep bowl. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, sugar, semolina and flour in it. Peel the tangerines. Divide into slices, divide each into several parts and be sure to remove the bones. Sprinkle the fruit pieces with starch, add to the dough and mix.

Form balls from the resulting dough. It is more convenient to do this with wet hands. Thus, the dough almost does not stick. Use cold water.

Gently flatten each cheesecake and roll in flour. Heat vegetable or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the cheesecakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve cheesecakes slightly cooled with condensed milk, chocolate paste or honey.
