The government of Dagestan will allocate more than 80 million rubles in the event of the arrival of refugees from the DPR and LPR. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the region Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov.

It is envisaged that in case of arrival in the republic in an emergency mass order of residents of Ukraine, the DPR and the LPR. Including these funds will be directed to the accommodation and meals of the arrived citizens.

The public of Dagestan unambiguously approved this decision. Professor Mustafa Bilalov is confident that, if necessary, the regional authorities and the people of the republic will continue to mobilize all resources to support civilians in Donbass, the Donetsk Republic and Ukrainian refugees.

“I repeatedly had to be in the Donbass, in the Luhansk region, in Kyiv, Kharkov and other cities of the then Soviet Ukraine, and in the period of the 2000s. Met with colleagues from Donetsk State University.

Today, the anti-people leadership of Ukraine has turned millions of its citizens into refugees. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians emigrated to the West. My heart bleeds and my fellow countrymen understand what the pro-American government of Kyiv is doing, how it mocks its own people, hurts the fate of children, destroys families, destroys the future.

Many of our regions responded to the misfortune of our brotherly people and were ready to accept refugees. I welcome the initiative of the Head of Dagestan and the Government of the Republic of Dagestan, which today allocates more than 80 million rubles from reserve funds to create conditions for refugees from the Donbass, the LPR, and Ukraine.

I think that the efforts of the region and the whole country will be mobilized more than once in order to equip those who are forced to temporarily live in Dagestan, in Russia.

Ukrainians are surprisingly hardworking, well-mannered and educated people. I am sure that they will live here, feeling Dagestan hospitality, feeling safe. And, of course, not forgetting the mutual sympathy between the Russian and Ukrainian people, when we lived in a single fatherland, in the USSR, which we still keep now, ”Bilalov emphasized.
