World Anti-Doping Agency published a message containing information regarding the fact that the entire sports field RF excluded from international competitions. Information about this was published on the Match TV portal.

WADA pointed to the fact that the restrictions were supposed to be valid for a four-year period, but CAS at the end of 2020 decided to reduce their validity by two years. It follows from this resolution that athletes representing the Russian Federation will not take part in competitions under the flag of the state, and tournaments held at the international level will not be held on its territory.

Recall that WADA demanded that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) take away from the Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva an Olympic gold medal and ban her from competing for four years.

It is clarified that WADA argues the need to make a decision on disqualification as an anti-doping rule violation and proposes to apply it from December 25, 2021.

Earlier, the Public News Service reported that the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) intends to demand from RUSADA to make public the necessary information on the case of figure skater Kamila Valieva. Earlier, the Russian Anti-Doping Agency said in its statement that it did not intend to publish details.
