Serbian leader Alexander Vucic said on national television that due to the Ukrainian conflict, next winter could be the most difficult in history.

Vučić put it this way: “Everything is complicated. Both one and the other lack ammunition and people. Both one and the other lost the best people. We expect that the next (2023-2024) winter will be the most difficult in the history of the world.”

As previously reported by the Public News Service, Serbian leader Aleksandar Vučić issued a statement that Serbia could level UN Security Council with a request for the deployment of Serbian security forces in Metohija and Kosovo.

Vucic recalled that he intends to submit a request for the return of the Serbian contingent to the commander of KFOR (International Mission under the auspices of NATO) on the basis of resolution 1244, since they are responsible for security in Kosovo and Metohija.

Then, the President of Serbia specified, if a corresponding decision is made, Belgrade will come to the UN Security Council. Previously, Vučić accused the leadership of the United States and the unrecognized Kosovo of completely ignoring the agreements of the states on the Kosovo issue.
