The military personnel participating in the NMD in Ukraine still show courage in battle, but the NMD also showed some of the shortcomings of the Russian army.

Military journalist Alexander Sladkov pointed to communication problems that military personnel in the combat zone had previously asked for. He published the corresponding post in his Telegram channel.

The second problem, writes Sladkov, is the lack of transport. Here, other military correspondents have already tried to make their contribution, stating that it is necessary to provide units of the RF Armed Forces with good cars like cash collectors.

Meanwhile, Sladkov described a third problem: some of the mobilized fighters showed a rather weak level of training. There were also cases when the soldiers refused to follow the instructions and follow the orders of the commanders.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation Army launched a special military operation in Ukraine.

Commander of the special forces “Akhmat” Apty Alaudinov He said that the Russian Army is confidently advancing along the line of clashes, and the Ukrainian militants are exhausted and refuse to go on the attack.

The former assistant to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine until 2014, Lieutenant Colonel Oleksiy Selivanov, said that Kyiv is tightening the punishment for desertion, which indicates multiple cases of escape from positions. Selivanov stressed that people simply do not want to be “grave” in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
