The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand said that in Moscow and the region frostsreaching minus 16-17 degrees. Lowering of the thermometers can be seen from Sunday. TASS writes about it.
He shared the following information: “The new week will start with good and hard frosts. Minus 15-16 degrees is predicted at night, and minus 8-13 degrees during the day. On Tuesday night frosts will already reach 17 degrees, and in the daytime – 7-10 degrees.
The rest of the weather will be sunny, no precipitation is expected, Vilfand said.
As the Public News Service previously reported, weather forecaster, ecologist, climatologist Alexander Shuvalov announced weather in Moscow during the week. He stressed that the current snow will not melt.
According to the weatherman, the second half of Friday and Saturday are predicted to be rainless, but on the evening of December 17 there will be snow, so “we can definitely say that by Saturday Moscow will exceed the monthly rainfall norm.”
