The head of the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK Dmitry Sakharuk on Sunday, January 8, warned of night power outages in the country. His words are quoted by Klymenko time.

“Now there is a decrease in temperature, an increase in consumption, therefore, I think that restrictions will be applied not only during the day, but also at night,” he said.

Recall that on February 24, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, in his address to the citizens of the Russian Federation, announced the start of a military special operation in the Donbass. He stressed that Moscow’s plans do not include the occupation of Kyiv, but it will strive with all its might to demilitarize Ukraine.

On October 10, the RF Armed Forces began launching missile strikes on infrastructure facilities and headquarters of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Public News Service wrote that Starobeshevskaya and Zuevskaya TPPs in the Donetsk People’s Republic were damaged as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
