Ivan Timonin, consultant of Vygon Consulting, shared the available information on the volume of deliveries of liquefied natural gas to European countries. According to him, the largest supplier in 2022 was the United States of America, and the total volume of imported Europe gas increased by more than 60%. The expert spoke about this in a conversation with RIA Novosti.

Timonin specified that over the past year America succeeded in more than doubling LNG supplies. They have grown from 29 billion cubic meters of gas in 2021 to 72 billion. According to the analyst, this is due to Europe’s need to replace Russian energy carriers.
