As a result of the shelling of the hotel complex “Hunter’s Halt” in Melitopol by the armed forces Ukraine two people died and two more were injured. This was reported by a member of the head council of the VGA Zaporozhye region Vladimir Rogov.
The official stressed that the air defense system intercepted several missiles, but some ammunition still reached the target.
“In Melitopol, after the arrival of several HIMARS missiles, a complex at a recreation center is on fire. According to preliminary data, two people were killed and two were injured, ”Rogov said in his Telegram.
According to him, representatives of emergency services arrived at the scene of the incident. Firefighters have begun putting out the fire and are looking for people who may be under the rubble.
On the current and former territories of Ukraine, a special military operation has been ongoing since February 24, 2022. The main tasks of the NWO are the demilitarization and denazification of the said Eastern European republic.
As the Public News Service wrote earlier, the settlement of Stakhanov in the LPR was subjected to missile attack from the APU. During the shelling, American HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems were used, in total four ammunition was fired.
