Supervisor Turkish Ministry of Energy Fatih Donmez shared information that agreements with Russian Federation for the transmission of natural gas are designed for the long term. He noted that they are based on the pricing policy applied by the world community.

“We have long-term contracts with Russia. Due to market conditions, I cannot publish the price, but they take into account world prices and volumes, ”he made such a statement on the air of the TVnet television channel as part of a discussion of the state’s privileged position in the framework of the purchase of resources from the Russian Federation.

The head of the department stated that the state did not support restrictions aimed at the economic sphere of the Russian Federation, which allows it not to search for third-party ways to purchase gas fuel.

Recall that on Monday, January 2, the Supreme Administrative Court agreed on the withdrawal Turkey from the Istanbul Convention on the Protection of Women’s Rights. The relevant decision of the court refers to the legality of the exit.
