According to the Metropolitan Department of Transportation, in the evening Moscow traffic jams up to nine points are expected, writes RIA Novosti.
“During the evening rush hour, we recommend using public transport to travel around the city – this way you will definitely save time,” the message says.
So, traffic will be difficult in some places – mainly in the center, on the Garden Ring, Third Ring Road and Moscow Ring Road.
Meanwhile, the Hydrometeorological Center warned that residents of the Moscow region on Friday expect cloudy weather with clearings, light snow, ice and snowdrifts. So, during the day in the capital the air temperature will be from 4 to 2 degrees of frost, at night it is expected to drop to 9 degrees below zero.
