Russian resolution to fight with the glorification of Nazism was adopted by the General Assembly United Nations. About it writes RIA Novosti.

One hundred and twenty states voted in favor of the document “Combating the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to the escalation of modern forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance”, ten abstained, and fifty opposed.

As previously reported by the Public News Service, Vienna, Berlin and Rome were among the fifty states that opposed the Russian resolutions in the United Nations General Assembly condemning the glorification of Nazism.

Those who voted against were Germany, Austria, Italy, United States, Ukraine, Poland, France, Estonia, Latvia, Japan, United Kingdom.

South Korea, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Ecuador, Palau, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Turkey and Switzerland abstained from voting.
