The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) shared information that two more Israeli soldiers were killed in the fighting that took place in the northern Gaza Strip. The Times of Israel newspaper reports this.
It is noted that in total the number of killed Israeli Army soldiers as part of a ground operation directed against the radical Palestinian movement Hamas has increased to 44.
“The deceased, a 28-year-old major and a 21-year-old staff sergeant, were part of an IDF special forces brigade,” the publication said.
The story also states that another Israeli soldier “was seriously wounded.”
Previously Public News Service reportedthat military personnel were killed as a result of a rocket attack on the Koniko base of the United States of America in eastern Syria. The number of American fighters has not been disclosed.
