AT Russia it is necessary to provide for a system of state orders for the purchase of a single school uniform. At the same time, the children themselves should come up with a design for it, and as a sample, you can take a school uniform from USSR. This statement was made by the head of the committee State Duma on family affairs Nina Ostanina, writes RIA Novosti.
Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov during the government hour noted the need to make decisions on school uniforms. On the site of the Telegram channel, the ministry held a vote on this topic. As a result, more than 80% of the participants believe that a school uniform is needed.
“In the event that this is entrusted to the shoulders of the parents, then what kind of uniform form will it be? We need to start with the help of manufacturers, with the state order, so that the state can co-finance,” Ostanina said.
At the same time, the parliamentarian noted that not only the relevant ministry or legislators, but also the children themselves should be involved in the work on creating a unified school uniform. She proposed to hold a “defile of child designers.”
“We should invite them to create their own versions of school uniforms, and then the children themselves will be able to find out what they liked best,” the deputy suggested. In addition, it is planned to involve the Duma committee in this work – it is possible to hold meetings with school and parent communities.
The creation of a single sample of uniforms for schoolchildren could be based on a sample of a school uniform as in the USSR, but it could be changed taking into account the requirements and challenges of the time, according to the State Duma.
