US State Department imposed sanctions against two Russian military personnel due to alleged human rights violations. This was stated in a message from the Secretary of State Antony Blinkentransmits RIA News.
According to him, Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Corporal Daniil Frolkin are involved in gross violations of human rights in the village of Andreevka, which is located in the Kyiv region Ukraine.
