The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has charged the commander of long-range aviation of the Aerospace Forces (VKS) of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash, and the former commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy, Admiral Igor Osipov.
Kyiv accused the Russian military “of waging an aggressive war and encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.”
According to the press service of the department in the Telegram channel, among the charges brought against Kobylash and Osipov is a special military operation (SVO) of the Russian Federation.
Whether these Russians have been put on the wanted list by the Ukrainian authorities is not specified.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine announced the indictment of the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina in connection with the introduction of the ruble zone in new regions of the Russian Federation and the participation of the Central Bank in the financing of Russian military personnel.
