President appoints Acting Governor of Ryazan Region Pavel Malkov

Pavel Viktorovich Malkov was born on January 29, 1980 in Saratov.
In 2001, he graduated from Saratov State Technical University with a degree in Computer Science and Automated Systems Software.
In 2004, he underwent professional retraining at the Volga Region Academy of Public Administration named after V.I. P.A. Stolypin with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
2008 – 2009 studied at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation under the MBA program, specializing in Information Management.
2001 – 2003 worked in commercial organizations.
2003 – 2006 – Worked in various positions in the Government of the Saratov region.
2006 – 2009 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Saratov Region.
2009 – 2010 – Deputy Director of the industrial enterprise EPO “Signal”.
2010 – 2012 – Head of the Committee on Informatization of the Saratov Region, including the rank of Minister of the Government of the Saratov Region.
In 2012, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Saratov Region.
2012 – 2017 – Deputy Director of the Department of State Regulation in the Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
2017 – 2018 – Director of the Department of Public Administration of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
