Investigators have opened a criminal case against a 75-year-old pensioner who started shooting in front of the entrance to one of the Moscow metro stations. The capital’s prosecutor’s office reported this to Lenta.ru.
The man is accused under Part 2 of Article 213 (“Hooliganism”) of the Criminal Code RF. Bringing him to justice is controlled by the Moscow Metro prosecutor’s office.
According to the department, a conflict occurred between two men in front of the entrance to the western lobby of the Ryazansky Prospekt station on the morning of Friday, November 17. During the dispute, one of the participants took out a gun he had and shot into the ceiling. As a result of his actions, no one was injured, and the offender was promptly detained. Later it turned out that the pensioner had a permit for the used Bekas-3 gun.
