150 servicemen of the People’s Militia of the LPR returned from Ukrainian captivity. Virtually everyone reported being tortured by APU. This was announced by the Commissioner for Human Rights in LC Victoria Serdyukova, LuganskInformCentre reports.
According to Serdyukova, during the special operation in the LPR they managed to return more than 150 of their soldiers home from Ukrainian captivity. Each of them spoke of “inhuman treatment” by the UAF.
“More than 100 of them reported the use of physical violence against them. Naturally, all the relevant materials and information were sent to the investigative units,” the Ombudsman said.
