Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia began a pre-investigation check based on video with a resident Tyumen, “breastfeeding” the baby. This was reported in the official channel of the department in Telegram.
Head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed the leadership of the Investigative Committee to Tyumen region submit a report on the progress of the pre-investigation check and pre-established circumstances.
“A video was published on social media in which a man commits illegal acts against a newborn child,” the statement said. It is clarified that the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Tyumen region have organized a procedural check on this fact.
Previously in the media appeared information that the guardianship authorities are checking a Tyumen resident because of a video of a disabled baby sucking a man’s breast. In addition, the video captured a moment in which a resident of Tyumen himself cuts the umbilical cord of a newborn child.
