Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution that clarifies the appointment procedure unified allowance for children. According to the document, the income of citizens mobilized during the special operation will not be taken into account when assessing the need of their families to receive payments.

Payments are assigned to families whose incomes are below one regional subsistence level per person. At the same time, when assigning benefits, a comprehensive assessment of need is carried out. The clarifications introduced will make it possible not to take into account the income of a family member called up for military service by mobilization when assessing the need.
