In an accident with a bus that occurred on the territory Khabarovsk TerritoryThe death toll has risen to seven. The corresponding statement was made by the governor of the region Mikhail Degtyarev.
“Seven people died. 23 victims were taken to the Troitsk Central District Hospital with injuries of varying severity. Two patients are already being operated on,” the head of the region wrote on his Telegram channel.
He clarified that in the morning on the Khabarovsk-Komsomolsk-on-Amur highway, not far from the village of Troitskoye, located in the Nanai district, overturned a bus carrying shift workers of Amur Minerals LLC.
Currently, rescuers and firefighters are working at the scene of the tragedy, as well as employees of municipal services, police and doctors. The forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and disaster medicine are also on site. According to Dyagterev, investigators are currently establishing the causes of the accident.
Earlier, the Public News Service reported that just three hours ago, according to the head of the traffic police for the Khabarovsk Territory, six people died as a result of this accident. Quantity casualties at that time was limited to 17.
