How writes telegram channel “Caution, Moscow”, the owners of the affected apartments first contacted their management company “Pioneer”. But they were not particularly in a hurry to assess the scale of the disaster, citing the fact that more than five years had passed since the commissioning of the house and the guarantee had ended. They responded only after the residents called 112, from where their complaint was transferred to the district inspection and the police.

Then the representative of the developer nevertheless contacted the victims and… offered them to order a stretch ceiling for 50% of the cost, and the management company would supposedly take over the rest.
