The average price of Urals from November 15 to December 14 was $57.49 per barrel. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

The average price of oil between November 15 and December 14 was almost $58 per barrel, which is nothing compared to the price of $71.1 per barrel a month earlier.

“The average price for Urals oil for the monitoring period from November 15, 2022 to December 14, 2022 amounted to $57.49 per barrel, or $419.7 per ton,” the report says.

Recall that the duty on oil in Russia from next year will decrease by 2.6 times. It will amount to almost 17 dollars per ton.

Earlier, the press secretary of President Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov during a traditional briefing with media representatives announced a decree response to the oil price ceiling. According to him, the document will be published in the near future.

“Putin’s decree on response to the West’s decision on the oil price ceiling will be published this week,” a Kremlin spokesman said.
