This is Swift’s most nominations for a single VMAs show. She previously had seven nominations in 2019.

Swift is no stranger to the VMAs. She has won 11 Moon Person trophies in her career, including Video of the Year for “Bad Blood” in 2015. She is also the most nominated artist in VMA history, with 32 nominations.
