“The names and surnames of our dead brothers are forever in the memory of the Khasavyurt region, Dagestan and all of Russia. We will pass on from generation to generation the memory of those who died defending sovereignty and a peaceful sky above. Our soldier has always been, is and will be a Hero! Welcoming the guests of the solemn meeting, Biysultan Khamzaev congratulated on the upcoming 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and recalled how in the 90s they said that they persuaded Russia to abandon the Victory Parade in order to blur our spiritual and moral guidelines.

“Russia has chosen the right path to self-determination and upholding sovereignty. There is nothing more precious than freedom. And this is something that will always be encroached on from the outside, this is what we must always protect!” he stressed.
