It seems that all the hopes of “municipal” architecture are concentrated outside the Moscow Ring Road. Just recently showedhow an ordinary nondescript Vatutinki cultural center is being reconstructed into a quite interesting loft, and now Mosstroynadzor demonstrated, how the new school of arts in the settlement of Shishkin Les will look like from the same architectural bureau. And, admittedly, it would fit perfectly into an elite cottage village, which will soon will appear at Rublyovka.

Despite the gray color and rough concrete walls, due to the play with shapes and proportions, as well as the abundance of glass and light, the building looks light and interesting, it would fit well with the placement of a contemporary art gallery. However, in reality, it will open a budget cultural and leisure center, most of which will be occupied by a children’s art school. Classes for classes, an assembly hall, a recording studio, several choreography halls, a gym, showers and locker rooms will work for her students.

The building will also house a concert hall with 400 seats and a library.

Meanwhile, in “old” Moscow, even large district centers on the site of Soviet cinemas are being built according to standard designs.
