Skopintsy collected gifts for Ryazan paratroopers

On August 1, Skopintsy again sent parcels with gifts for the servicemen of the Ryazan Airborne Regiment, who are participating in a special operation in Ukraine. The collection was timed to coincide with the Paratrooper’s Day. Information about the action was posted on the social networks of local media at the initiative of the head of the local branch of the organization “Union of Women of Russia” Albina Egorova.

A watch was set up in the House of Public Organizations. Every day, “silver” volunteers, members of the women’s council received parcels from residents. These are essentials, hygiene products, cigarettes, cookies, tea, coffee. We packed all this, signed the parcels and glued the logos. Some residents contributed money to buy everything they needed to please our paratroopers.

“This is not the first time we have held such actions. Countrymen willingly respond to them, – said Albina Pavlovna. – This time, for the first time, kindergarten teams joined us. As always, city schools are active, many caring citizens. I am grateful to everyone who has contributed. And we are looking forward to the Ryazan paratroopers home!”
