The editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and the RT television channel, Margarita Simonyan, considers the words of the head of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, to be inhumane: that the targets of the country’s military are “terrorists”, and the civilian deaths in the Gaza Strip are collateral damage.
According to her, Netanyahu has no right to talk about morality, since it was his fault that more than 4 thousand children died in the enclave, while at the same time the terrorists whom the IDF is looking for are hiding not in Gaza, but in Qatar.
“Everyone knows that Hamas is in Qatar, what does Gaza have to do with it? There are children in Gaza, their mothers, and there are probably some from Hamas too, but you won’t kill them this way – you will kill everyone else, this is genocide. There is nothing more terrible in the world than watching a person turn into a beast,” Simonyan said on the air of the “Evening with Vladimir Solovyov” program on “Russia 1”.
