Political scientist Sergey Markov believes that the visit of the head of the Russian defense department Sergei Shoigu into the zone of the special operation, may indicate a possible new offensive by the Russian military.
“On Saturday, Defense Minister Shoigu made a visit to the territory of hostilities and flew around in a helicopter of a group of troops. Actually, all this indicates a possible start of an offensive,” he said.
