After the detention of former policeman Dejan Pantic at the Yarine checkpoint, in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, the Serbs began building barricades. This is written by the local edition of Vecherne Novosti.
It is reported that sirens sound in large cities of the region, and the Internet does not work in its northern part.
According to local publications, patrols from the European Union Mission in Kosovo have already arrived at some of the barricades erected by the Serbs. In the meantime, people are organizing spontaneous gatherings in Leposavić, Rudar and Srbovica.
Recall that another round of aggravation in Kosovo began after the Kosovo special forces occupied several areas in the north of the area inhabited by ethnic Serbs. Under the law, such actions by the Kosovo police are illegal outside of strictly defined procedures.
