Ryazan political scientist commented on the appointment of Pavel Malkov as acting governor
This week, the heads of five regions of the Russian Federation resigned. Including the governor of the Ryazan region Nikolai Lyubimov. Pavel Malkov became acting governor of the Ryazan region.
Telegram channel “Nomenklatura” writesthat professionally trained people come to lead the regions. Specialists who have successfully proven themselves in various areas of work. Most of the new appointees have successful work experience both at the municipal, regional and federal levels of government.
Another common feature of the new leaders is training at the “School of Governors”. This is a program for the development of the personnel management reserve of the Higher School of Public Administration of the RANEPA. Since its launch in 2017, 46 participants have become heads of Russian regions. Arrived in the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov graduated from the “School” last year.
“It is known that all graduates of the “school of governors” are people who are quite well prepared technologically, very motivated, and who have passed a serious selection. The curriculum there is very well thought out. It is aimed at forming a new type of leader and manager who is ready to respond quickly to rapidly changing conditions. In fact, these are managers who are ready to work in conditions of uncertainty.
Today, during his presentation, Pavel Viktorovich just said in his response that work should be started immediately, and in general, he expects prompt and, most importantly, effective work on the ground. I think that he will show this by his example, he will breathe new life into those models that have already been launched. We expect it to be a leader, ready to respond effectively and promptly to the challenges of our territory. The main goal of his work, of course, will be to improve the quality of life of Ryazan residents,” commented Alexander Selivanov, a member of the Club of Political Scientists of the Ryazan Region, an expert of the Association “Independent Public Monitoring”, a member of the regional branch of the Russian society “Knowledge”, commented on the appointment of the acting governor.
