Russian military from the Viking group of the Western Military District (ZVO), with the help of an artillery strike, a Ukrainian detachment was put to flight.
As the correspondent of RIA Novosti explained, the Russian soldiers used Msta-B artillery pieces. It is noted that heavy shells of 152 mm caliber were fired from them. According to the journalist, the strike forced the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to quickly begin to leave their positions in the forest belt in the Maryinsky direction.
“Ukrainian soldiers are not looking for shelter, but simply continue to run or trudge away,” the agency said, referring to the military from the Viking group.
Such behavior of Ukrainian militants may indicate fatigue from military operations or the use of prohibited substances, the material specifies.
Earlier, the commander of a unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation said that the mobilized Russians are repelling the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansk direction on a par with contract soldiers. The serviceman also stressed that they repelled five enemy attacks on one of the sections of the line of contact.
