Soldiers from one of the Russian sniper groups rescued a small black dog from mortar fire. Then he was very thin, and now, six months later, he has grown up, he has a tummy and the call sign “Shashlik”. The video was published by the WarGonzo Telegram channel.
The dog that was waiting for the hungry death, the military found near Lugovoi. Then the settlement was already under their control, but was constantly fired upon by the enemy. The dog, which the fighters could not help but save, also came under another mortar attack.
“This is already our symbol, a talisman,” says the sniper with the call sign “Fox”. However, the “Shashlik” has its own responsibilities. For example, he catches mice, guards and defends the location from “other saboteurs”, ensures the good mood of the Russian fighters and each time waits for their return from a combat mission.
