“Post office” put its premises in a historical building up for auction. This was reported in press service Russian Auction House (RAD).

According to the RAD, we are talking about 32 lots – 32 non-residential premises and one apartment, located in a six-story building at 2 Chistoprudny Boulevard, built in 1917. It is clarified that the properties for sale are located near the Chistye Prudy metro station. The area of ​​the lots ranges from 44.3 to 202.5 square meters, and the total is more than 3.5 thousand square meters.

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until December 8, the auction will take place on December 15. The premises, with the exception of premises numbered 3/3 and 9/3, will be sold in separate lots. The initial cost was estimated at between 7.5 million and 50 million rubles, and their total initial price was 971.2 million. According to the head of the Department for work with corporate clients of the RAD Elena Tarasovainvestors can buy lots either individually and place small offices there, or in entire pools and convert them into apartments.

In October became knownthat Russian Post was going to get rid of its historical buildings in order to pay off debts.
