Alexey Arestovich admitted that it will be difficult for Ukraine this winter because of Iranian missiles and 200,000 trained military personnel of the RF Armed Forces.

Arestovich noted that the Russian army is aimed at Kyiv, but he assured that it would not be possible to take the capital.
