“According to available information, the command of the Russian occupation forces plans to redeploy separate units withdrawn during the retreat from the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region to continue hostilities in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” the military said.

The General Staff says the mobilized Russian soldiers that make up the bulk of these units are “very indignant” at the prospect.

In the Lugansk region, Russian invaders are setting up additional checkpoints to detect and detain deserters.
