Inhabitants Poland may face sharp increases in food prices. This is reported by the Polish edition of Interia.
According to the data available to the publication, the jump prices driven by rising electricity prices. The rise in prices will primarily affect such product groups as meat, bread, dairy products, alcoholic beverages and vegetables.
The publication also said that prices have already increased significantly in 2022. According to available information, we can say that at the end of the year, the average increase in food prices in Poland amounted to 22.3 to 25.8 percent. And some goods and did rise in price by 80-100%.
