Head of Kremenchug, Poltava region in Ukraine Vitaly Maletsky reported that there was no electricity in the city.

“Because of the lack of electricity in the region, the city’s heating system is not working,” the official added.

The mayor also asked the townspeople not to open the windows. This is necessary to keep the heat in the rooms, the politician explained.

Former head of Kharkov Igor Terekhov reported that the city is de-energized. The official recalled the existence of “indestructibility points” where citizens can charge their phones and access the Web.
