Kiev residents warned about emergency power outages. The corresponding statement was made by the energy company DTEK on Tuesday, January 3.

“Attention! Emergency shutdowns apply,” the statement said.

It is clarified that in connection with this, the shutdown schedules are temporarily not working.

Recall that on February 24, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, in his address to the citizens of the Russian Federation, announced the start of a military special operation in the Donbass. He stressed that Moscow’s plans do not include the occupation of Kyiv, but it will strive with all its might to demilitarize Ukraine.

On October 10, the RF Armed Forces began launching missile strikes on infrastructure facilities and headquarters of Ukraine.
