There is no need to talk about the boom in sales of real estate to Russians on the Black Sea coast, today we can definitely say that real estate by the sea in Bulgaria is not getting more expensive yet

According to bourgas.ru, there is no need to talk about a boom in sales of real estate to Russians on the Black Sea coast, today we can definitely say that real estate by the sea in Bulgaria is not getting more expensive yet

There is no EU ban on real estate transactions for Russian citizens in Europe.
And in Bulgaria, such transactions have actually stalled today due to the difficulty of opening bank accounts by Russians in our country.

“Yes, there are Russians who put their properties up for sale for various reasons. They also reflect the crisis, as well as the moods and emotions that are now in Bulgaria, but there is no need to talk about a boom. They sell, but not at any price. Deals with Russian real estate are also frustrated due to the difficulty of opening bank accounts in Bulgaria for Russian citizens and this makes it difficult to transfer property,” Diana Ivanova, manager of a real estate agency in Burgas.

The maritime departments have no information about the entry into force of the EU ban on real estate transactions for Russian citizens in Europe.

The majority of Russians who own real estate on the Black Sea coast actually have a residence permit in our country and sanctions have not yet affected them.

Offshore transactions are currently being carried out at higher prices as demand is high. Due to inflation, people prefer to invest their money in real estate rather than keep it in banks.

“There are places where we are talking about more than 2,000 euros per square meter, but we can buy about 800 euros, so the market is quite diverse,” said Diana Ivanova.

Rent prices have also risen across the sea due to Ukrainian refugees looking for housing.
