The President of Russia visited the exhibition area of ​​youth projects at the Youth House in the Manege on December 22 and removed three postcards from the Wish Tree, among which was from seven-year-old David Shmelev.

Vladimir Putin fulfilled the dream of a boy who wished to visit the military academy of the Russian Armed Forces. The boy ended up in Moscow and visited the Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces named after Peter the Great.

During a telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin asked what other places in the capital David managed to visit. He said that he had visited the Mosakvarium with his family.

David Shmelev also shared his intention to visit the skating rink, although he admitted that he still does not know how to skate.

“Then let me ask my guys, our employees, they will pick up skates for you and all your escorts <…> You must definitely wear a helmet on your head,” Putin suggested to the seven-year-old Russian.

At the end of the telephone conversation, David Shmelev invited Vladimir Putin to visit.
