President of Russia Vladimir Putin reminded cultural figures and artists who criticized the special military operation (SVO) that they need to think before making statements. This is reported by RIA News.
“The head is not only a tool for speaking, but also for thinking before you say something,” the head of state noted at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum – Forum of United Cultures.
He admitted that these cultural figures “did not follow, did not understand what was happening.” Putin pointed out that every person has the right to his own point of view, but one must also take into account such a factor as the opinion of the people, “from which no one can escape.”
Also, speaking about the actors who criticized the SVO, Putin statedthat they should be judged not by what they say, but by what they do. If this activity involves causing damage to the country and people, that’s one story. Putin also drew attention to the fact that it is often a question of transferring fees to the enemy.
