West should help Ukraine with weapons until Vladimir Putin realizes that Russian troops cannot win on the battlefield in Ukraine. This opinion is shared by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. And there are no signs that the President of Russia has abandoned the goal of “controlling” Nezalezhnaya, writes Bild*.

According to the Secretary General, Russia is preparing to resume active offensive military operations in the special operation zone. This is evidenced by the partial mobilization carried out in the country and the acquisition of ammunition and weapons from partners.

The Russian-Ukrainian conflict will end only at the negotiating table, Stoltenberg said.
