The president Russia Vladimir Putin on Thursday, December 15, instructed the Cabinet to prepare a special program for the development of new regions.
“I ask the government to prepare a special program for the socio-economic development of new subjects of the federation by the end of the first quarter of next year,” the head of state said.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed federal constitutional laws on the adoption of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into the Russian Federation.
