Acting (acting) head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin announced his intention to fulfill his tasks in this post and bring the DPR to victory.
This is how he commented on the situation with the nomination of his candidacy in the elections in 2023. Prior to this, the head of the region of the Russian Federation specified that the elections for the head of the republic would be held on the second Sunday of next September.
“As for my personal nomination, I consider it my personal duty to bring the situation to victory and fulfill the tasks that I set for myself when I headed the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the politician emphasized in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Recall that on October 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed laws on the acceptance of new territories into the country. As a result, four new subjects appeared in the Russian Federation: the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics (LNR and DNR), Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
Earlier, the Public News Service reported that an officer of the People’s Militia of the Luhansk People’s Republic (NM LPR) Andrei Marochko spoke about the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the past day.
