Sanctions against Russia do not affect the Bulgarian real estate market. Even before the pandemic, Russians were not the main factor in our market. The war in Ukraine is affecting rents in major cities. This was stated by the broker – Hristo Spasov.

According to him, real estate prices are growing moderately, today this growth amounted to 10.8%.

“The increase in real estate prices is about 5%. The percentage of transactions is even lower,” summed up Hristo Spasov.
