most dangerous for NATO spheres in RF are the nuclear triad and the fleet. This statement was made by a member of the Central Council of the party “Fair Russia – For the Truth” Nikolai Starikov.
During a conversation with Ukraina.ru, the politician stressed that the goal of the North Atlantic bloc in the current confrontation in Ukraine is to inflict maximum damage on the Russian Federation in those areas that NATO considers the most dangerous for itself.
“What it is? The fleet, the Anglo-Saxons are fixated on this, they are always trying to destroy the enemy fleet. And, of course, our nuclear triad – nuclear weapons – because it is precisely this that is a threat to the very existence of not only NATO, but the bloc of the West as such, ”said the expert.
Starikov drew attention to the fact that the nuclear triad of the Russian Federation consists of ballistic missiles in mines, submarines, and strategic bombers. In his opinion, acting under the cover of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, only aircraft can be hit, since silo-based missiles and submarines remain out of reach.
As the Public News Service wrote earlier, in the event of hostilities, the Armed Forces Germany can only protect a small city. This was announced by the head of the group of defense companies KNDS, which unites part of the arms manufacturers in Germany and France, Frank Haun.
