Political scientist Sergei Markov explained in his Telegram channel why the US authorities decided to transfer Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems to Kyiv.
He said that this indicates the high efficiency of the massive missile strikes that the Russian army inflicts on Ukraine’s infrastructure facilities.
“Apparently, the United States will transfer Patriot air defense missiles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the coming days. And they will announce that the decision to transfer has been made later, when they transfer it, ”he said.
Earlier, the Public News Service wrote that political scientist Yevgeny satanovsky commented on the upcoming deliveries of American Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine. He stated that these systems are too capricious, very expensive and over-hyped.
